My ideas for a mini Akali rework

Akali has been of the most difficult champions to balance by Riot. Just stop nerfing her to the ground :(. I'm not english native speaker but i'll try to explain my idea as clear as possible.

Q: It has 2 charges. Cd between casts: 1.5 seconds Cd between charges: 5/4.5/4/3.5/3 seconds Slings kunais in an arc dealing magic damage. Enemies at the tip are briefly slowed. At max rank, deals extra damage to minions and monsters.

W: It lasts 7 seconds all ranks CD: 25 seconds New Passive: Dealing damage with Assassin's Mark while Akali is in the twilight Shroud will heal akali by a flat amount. Active: (The same)

R: 1st Cast: Akali silences for 1 seconds to enemies she passes through. 2nd Cast: If Akali executes an enemy, reduces the CD by 20%
