well yeah he needs at least a visual update, but until then if riot gives him a legendary skin with a new VO would work, I mean comon he is rivaling rammus with the amount of qoutes, and isn't he supposed to be a sorta crime stoppin robot that saves people and stops CRIMINAL SCUM, he just sounds so dull, please riot. Give him a legendary skin, for the better or worse.
