Champion Concept: Argentus, the Sound of Discord

Preface: Damage, Cool Downs, and basic stats are up to criticism and recommendations. I can get a general concept down, but banging out the technical stuff is hard for me personally. Thanks for taking a look!

I want this one to be a support/fighter, but also could be a jungler.

Passive: Tithe This is in two parts, so bear with me.

Argentus taxes 10% of gold earned by enemy champions within 1500 / 2300 / 3100 / 3900 / 4700 units to himself. Gold gained this way is also added to his bounty.

Upon taking fatal damage, Argentus instead gains a shield equal to 25% of his current gold. This shield lasts 3 seconds, and upon expiration grants him health equal to the remaining shield amount. If no shield remains, he dies. (240s CD)

The idea behind this passive is to incite the enemy to take risks. Yes this gives this champion a big gold advantage in duo lane, but it also makes him a big target.

** Q: Reverberating Strike** Range: 1000/70 Speed: 1650 Xs CD(?)

Argentus lashes out at an opponent with his bell, dealing (70 / 105 / 150 / 195 / 230) physical damage (+45% AP - +105% bAD) and causing a chain reverberation effect to pass through to a nearby enemy every 0.5 seconds, only once per unit. Each additional unit struck after the first is dealt damage equal to x-(x*(0.25*y) where x is the initial damage dealt and y is the amount of jumps.

Example: First unit hit for 100 damage, 2nd unit hit for 75, 3rd unit hit for 50, 4th unit hit for 25. Up to 3 additional unit past the first.

**W: Wild Cacophony ** XXs CD(?)

Argentus strikes his bell 5 times over 5 seconds, dealing area of effect (Scaling Damage Here) physical damage (+XX% bonus AD). Bonus attack speed decreases the channel time by a maximum of 2s, to a minimum reduction to 3s channel time. Enemies struck are feared for .5s.

While this skill would be a channel, you can still move while casting it. This allows Argentus to switch his CC on specific enemies attempting to flee.

** E:Treble Detector ** XXs CD(?) Stores up to 1 Charges

Place a sentry bell ward on the ground with a radius (similar to a ward), however the area not revealed on the map. Instead, the bell chimes every second similar to sonar. If an enemy enters the range of the bell while it pings, it vibrates loudly and reveals them on the map for 8 seconds with a specialty detection ping, slows them by 45 / 55 / 65 / 75 85% for 2 seconds. Treble Detectors stay active for 5 seconds after being triggered and continue to refresh the slow whenever they hit an opponent, and expire thereafter. You may only place as many Treble Detectors as you have current capacity for. Un-triggered detectors expire after (XX) seconds.

** R: Symphony of Discord ** (Ultimate CD Here)

Argentus enters the body of another champion and empowers them, granting them a large bonus to stats based on bonuses gained by Argentus' current stats (Such as items, skill tree, and runes). Argentus can cast abilities from within the host, but is ejected out after 12 seconds. If the host would die while Argentus is inside it, his shielding passive applies to the host instead, and the shield amount is based on both units’ combined gold instead of just his (still 25%). Casting this again while active will allow him to prematurely exit the host, granting both a small boost in speed.

I don't know exactly how to divvy up the stat gains, however I think since this is merely a concept, this explanation will do. This Ultimate plays two roles, both a safety net and a buff to your supported ally. However, it also leaves your team mate exposed, as rather than having to chase down two target, you only need to focus one.

Passive Effect: Each point into Symphony of Discord increases the number of Treble Detectors you can store and place by 1.

This passive element serves as a way to limit his semi warding ability, but allows me to artificially buff the ability without adding more text directly to it.
