We would want to have the possibility of reporting players for more than three reasons.

Concerning checkboxes for the reason of the report. I think that three reasons maximum is not sufficient. I sometimes have 4 reasons (see even 5 in EXTREME cases). And five line to describe the situation is not enough. Let us be honest, someone who has already more than four valid reasons would already be perma-ban, but I think that the possibility of describing completely the situation is still something really important.

And to finish, I would like to propose to add a report for offending clan name or clan-tag not respecting the rules of the game Formerly Known as League of legend (some deep reference). In some games, I notice very offensive clan nam/tag and I would like that the possibility of reporting that is available from the player (even if the player is not the leader of the clan).
