[Champion Concept] Lynda, the Oceans Muse

Essence: Lynda is a Burst-Control Caster Ranged Champion that can cripple & nuke multiple targets while also being able to tear down single targets -or- being able to ensure that enemies cannot escape from her allies with her strong Crowed Control effects from her Abilities.

Appearance: Lynda is Merfolk like Nami but her tail is more like a snake-like with a single fin that stretches from the mid point to the tip of the tail, Lynda's skin coloration is navy blue with slight tints of purple on her tail & her human torso. Lynda has short hair & has glowing purple eyes. the top portion of Lynda's face is covered by a mask that still shows her eyes, the majority of her head is wrapped in a black mantel that sits on her shoulders. Lynda's chest & forearms are wrapped in cloth with her left forearm wearing a rusty bronze arm band. on Lynda's stomach is a massive scar with a burn mark on the spot where her belly button is. as for her weapon Lynda carries a metal staff with a lyre as its head piece.

Lynda's Play-Style as a Mage, Assassin or Support: As a Burst-Control Caster Lynda tries to make the best use of her Abilities by combing them to maximize both their damage & CC, while most of her Abilities are able to be dodged or evaded fairly easily Lynda will need to kite enemies in to positions & keep them their to max out her CC. By combing her Abilities & Passive's Lynda can become a in a sense a pain to escape from if she can keep you from running while at the same time bursting down her targets health. Lynda is also capable as acting as a Offensive Support by Zoning her enemies & dishing strong pokes & peels making it easier for her teammates to kill targets, also as a Support Lynda can use her Abilities to defend her team by zoning them or by placing her Abilities on top of her team if the enemy has engaged heavily on them reducing their chances from escaping preventing hit-&-run tactics.
Passive: Seas Melody. Every 9.25 seconds Lynda will gain a stack of Melody, maxing out at 8 stacks. Each stack of Melody grants Lynda 5% increased Health & Mana Regeneration. When Lynda uses either an Auto-Attack or an Ability when she has any stacks of Melody that Auto-Attack or Ability will have a different bonus effect: .Auto-Attacks will deal 2.5% of the targets Max Health as bonus Magic Damage per Melody Stack. This effect only works on Neutral Monsters & Champions, Minions do not consume Melody Stacks. .each stack of Melody will increase Lynda’s next Abilities damage by 5%.
Q-Ability: Crashing Tides. Range: 450. Cool Down: 21/20/19/18/17. Cost: 100. Side-Path Magic Damage: 25/45/65/85/105(+50% bonus AP). Center-Path Magic Damage: 65/85/105/125/145(+50% bonus AP). Activate: After Lynda has chosen a 150-Lengthed broad path with this Ability then upon its activation Lynda will summon two waves of water to rise up, after a 0.25 second delay after the initial activation the 50-Length sides of the center path will Knock Up all enemies in the path while also dealing Magic Damage. After a 0.75 second delay after the initial activation the 2 waves after initially Knocking Up enemies will come crashing down on the center path dealing Magic Damage to all enemies inside the path & Stunning any enemy Champions in the center path for 1 second.
W-Ability: Mirage Dive. Range: 400. Cool Down: 18/16/14/12/10. Cost: 60/70/80/90/100. Passive: While Lynda is out of combat & has not taken damage for 8 seconds will be Submerged, while Submerged Lynda will be underwater gaining 15% increased Movement Speed & has a 8% damage reduction from all non-Tower sources. When Lynda makes an Auto-Attack or uses an Ability she will Resurface, after Resurfacing Lynda will have to wait for 8 seconds without taking damage to Submerge again. Activate: After Lynda has chosen a narrow path with this Ability then upon its activation Lynda will gather water around her tail to send her flying over the chosen path, when Lynda has reached the end of the Path she will Immediately be Submerged wither she was already Submerged or Surfaced. While Lynda is soaring over the path any enemy Unit that is directly under her will have stack of Melody be thrown at them.
E-Ability: Whirling Waves. Range: 450. Cool Down: 18/17/16/15/14. Cost: 30/50/70/90/110. Magic Damage: 25/35/45/55/65(+50% bonus AP). Activate: After Lynda has chosen a 195-radius location within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Lynda will create a whirlpool at the targeted location, this whirlpool will remain active for 2 seconds & enemies who enter the pool will continue to be dealt Magic Damage every 0.5 seconds while also having their Movement Speed being Slowed for 20% while they’re being Dragged to the center of the pool.
R-Ability: Muses Lure. Range: 550. Cool Down: 195/175/155. Cost: 120. Magic Damage: 225/295/365(+50% bonus AP). Passive: If Lynda has maxed stacks of Melody she will play her lyre creating an 210-radius Aura that increases allied Champions Attack & Movement Speed by 15% while also allowing their Basic Attacks to deal 8% of their current Attack Damage as bonus Magic Damage. Activate: After Lynda has chosen a single enemy Champion within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Lynda will start singing while playing her lyre, for the next 1.25 seconds after the initial activation the chosen Champion will be Taunted & will move towards Lynda at 15% reduced Movement Speed. At the end of the Taunt Lynda will fire a large spear of water at the target dealing Magic Damage to the Champion as well as any enemies between Lynda & her main target.
