missing skin??

Hi i wanted to know if it was possible to make skin like scorched earth lissandra or guardian of the sand or with vladimir, u can make vladimir the Dark, by totally changing his element, the blood, for darkness and the w if u wanna make an update dont put it to the ground make it float like it was a cloud

i have a new champion idea too if u want, i tried to send it before but i'm not sure it have been sended, and i reworked it to be more unique •his class is: primary fighter secondary mage •he would use 2 element, blood(1) and darkness/light(2)(its not both its only one, meaning 2 skin possibility, light and darkness) •this champ would look like xerath without his armor if it would shine a lot more and be the color of element 2 •his eyes are element 1 color and he have the same sphere as vlad does have on his chest of element 1 •his mana is his life like vlad and morde

•his passive is: his ap give him a number% of ad and same apply in the inversed position (dont stack) his auto-attack at base deal 50%ad dmg, 50% ap dmg, the spellvamp possibility apply to this part of his auto-attack, his auto-attack is a spell, he stay immobile while using it due to focus he need, but it dont cost anithing and it dont have a changing speed 0,666 period per sec, the time for his sword to appear and disapear •his auto-attack is that he make his sword* appear near his enemi at sight and deal dmg, range maximum like evelin q •*his sword his made of his element(2)(not the same element as his body) for the blade part and the element 1 for the hilt part, it just appear and vanish as he use it in fraction of second

• his q would be that his sword fall from sky at a target point dealing dmg to a zone around it range like aatrox q, it have spellvamp + lifesteal possibility and deal 50%ad/50% ap dmg it take the same time as vlad q to cast

•his w is an ability that grant him possibility to redirect every spell/ability and even auto-attack that are done on him around him like a lazer on a mirror, it only redirect partially dmg like 60% to 80% for a duration time and it cost life bt second for that time. example: nid throw a spear in it, depending of angle when it touch the champion, it goes into the appropriate direction dealing less dmg on what it will touch, good to counter brand ult who is actually doing something like the opposite of this. it make him glow even more of his element 2 while in that mode.

•his e is simply that he make a cone of the same element as his sword, the biggest in his hand, and it stun a target, then create a link between him and his target locking his target into his element 2, during the next x time by pressing e he can teleport himself under his target and knock him up.

•now his r, its a ranged move like nocturne or xerath, but is so différent. First of all, he create a copy of himself at the point desired under the range, it appear in a expolsion of blood and both element 2 second of it, his body is disabled and his clone become the master body, the clone dont have a range limit like annie's bear third, the clone have enchanced movement speed it have life drain/time on the original champ as duration. hitting it with any spell or ability or auto-attack simply reduce the original body life by like 10% of the dmg done to the clone and the clone attack and ability can regenerate the original body life, so stacking lifesteal and spellvamp might grow the duration of this spell. pressing r while in clone enable to target one champion so the clone become light/darkness and blood again and explode on his target dealing ap+ad dmg, every of his others spell are useable by the clone. when the original have 25%life or under, the clone explode like u done r and u are sended back to the original body. while in that form the tentacles of illaoi automatically target him like he was an extracted spirit, cause in a sense that is what his clone is
