Dumbb-1: The Plan B: Champion Concept
Dumbb-1 (Pronounced as Dummy) is a tanky harassment champion, capable of supporting champions in the bottom lane and soloing his own lane with his CC.
Dumbb-1's visual is a scrapped pullover police robot, but with both visual and programming upgrades from her owner, Jinx with being in many explosions, Dumbb-1 has lost many parts. A visual will be posted on the forum when I have finished drawing it, sorry ;-;.
Dumbb-1 is a special champion, because he uses battery power instead of mana. Battery power only recharges when he has been back to base, or his passive has been activated. These are Dumbb-1's abilities
Passive: Battery Power Battery Power is a special type of, "mana," that does not regenerate over the course of the game, and will give Dumbb-1 cool down reduction at certain percentages. After Dumbb-1 reaches 50% battery, he will start to faintly flash blue from time to time, showing that all his abilities have gotten 10% extra cool down reduction, and a small reduction in damage. Also, his abilities now cost 1 less battery power for all his abilities (except his ultimate). At 25%, the flashing will speed up, showing he now has 15% extra cool down reduction, and a larger decrease in damage. Dumbb-1's abilities now cost 1 less battery power (accept his ultimate). At 0%, Dumbb-1 will become immobile for 3 seconds then he will blows up, dealing AoE damage based on a percentage of his existing health before he exploded. After he explodes, Dumbb-1 will have reduced movement speed while his battery power recharges.
Q: Rocket Flare (5 battery power; 10/10/8/6/6 sec. cool down) Dumbb-1 shoots a skill shot flare from his rocket gun, called Zoom Zoom, slowing on hit the closer the flare is shot. If the flare misses and does not hit a minion or champion, it explodes into a smokescreen, blinding champions if they walk into it. It will also give ally champions and minions a small movement speed boost. This can be used to its greatest effectiveness at close range for longer slows. It is also good for chasing enemy champions, by firing the smokescreen for your allies and yourself to catch up to enemies.
If a loose parts pile is nearby, and a flare goes over the pile, it will ignite for 10 seconds, dealing small amounts of burn damage over time to anyone who walks into the pile. This will not activate if a pile is glowing blue.
W: Charging Station(0 battery power; 20/16/16/14/14 sec. cool down)
This is a toggle ability, used to heal allies, while also recharging Dumbb-1's Battery Power. While active, an aura radiates around Dumbb-1 which will give allies higher health regeneration, and a slight boost in armor and magic resist. Every second, Dumbb-1 will lose a flat percentage of his health this ability is active. If Dumbb-1 uses this ability while Loose parts are in the aura, then they will start to glow blue. An ally or Dumbb-1 can walk over the loose parts and gain a small heal based off dumbb-1's ap, and a movement speed boost for 2 seconds.
E: Loose Parts(5 battery power; 12/11/10/8/7 sec. cool down) Passive: Dumbb-1 will gain movement speed based on how many loose parts he holds. The less he has, the faster he will move. Dumbb-1's loose parts can stack up to 3 times. When it is activated, Dumbb-1 will drop a circle of scrap from where he is standing, slowing enemy champions and granting your team vision on them as they walk into it. If the loose parts pile is glowing blue, the enemy champion will be stunned for a few seconds (2 seconds).
R: Joyride: Beta (50 battery power; 160/120/100 sec. cool down) Dumbb-1 launches himself from his rocket to a guided area onto the map, becoming invulnerable for 5 seconds, then dealing AoE damage in a large area. When choosing where Dumbb-1 will land, you can click down, an then after, choose where he will jump to after he deals the initial damage.
If where Dumbb-1 lands is a loose parts pile, the pile will expand, creating a bigger slow, stun, burn damage and heal. If more than one pile is in the radius of the ultimate, then the entire radius will be filled with loose parts. This pile can only be burned, and charged with dumbb-1s w for a stun.
This is your prime initiation ability, giving you the best reduce of cool down for all his abilities, making Dumbb-1 a threat after landing down with his ultimate. It is also helpful if you need to give your allies a larger heal in a teamfight.
