(Champ concept) Kallen; bearer of the ruin shard
This is my first post in a while, but I made a champ concept after seeing all the new lore changes, so I wanted to make a champ that utilizes the power of a world ruin. Please give me constructive criticism. I do have a couple sketches of Kallen and his weapon, an I may post them if this post gets much attention.
Lore : An Ionian man found a shard of a world ruin in an abandoned temple, and was compelled to take the shard for himself. As Kallen left the temple, a Noxian army charged the temple. In a panic, Kallen stuck the shard of the world ruin into a ancient mace. As the Noxian soldiers drew closer, Kallen tried to harness the power of the world ruin, but was unable to control it. In a flash, huge spikes of stone and other natural materials shot up from the ground all around Kallen. In that moment, all the Noxian soldiers were killed, but in doing so, Kallen had ripped his own arm off. Kallen stumbled out of the temple, now unrecognizable, to see more Noxian soldiers marching across Ionia.
Play style; A tank, AP caster meant to be played top lane, or jungle. A passive that grants bonus effects on your next ability over a 20ish second cooldown, but can be reduced by basic attacking.
Passive; world ruin power relief
After 20 seconds, Kallen’s next ability becomes empowered by the power of a world ruin. If Kallen fails to relieve the power of the world ruin after 7.5 seconds, his next basic attack deals bonus magic damage, consuming the empowerment. Basic attacking reduces this cooldown by 1 second.
Q; ruin collapse (cooldown; 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 seconds)
After a short delay, Kallen slams his ruin mace in a target direction, dealing AP damage in a small AOE, and slowing enemies near the center of the impact by 30/40/50/60/70% for 1 second. If empowered, the AOE size is increased, and enemies caught in the center are stunned for 1 second.
W; weight of the world (cooldown; 16.5/15/13.5/12/10.5 seconds)
Passive; Kallen gains 8/13/19/24/29 armour and magic resistance
Active; Kallen ciphens the power of the world ruin, dealing magic damage around his body for 3 seconds, and if Kallen kills a minion, monster, or champion during the active restores a small portion of his health and mana (1/1.5/2/2.5/3% of Kallens max health and mana) . If empowered, Kallen gains a shield worth 7.5/10/12.5/15/17.5% of his max health during the duration, also, the damage is increased.
E; world ruin rush (cooldown; 12 seconds)
Kallen dashes a short distance (300 units), empowering his next basic attack. This empowered basic attack deals bonus magic damage and slows the target by 50% for 1 second. If empowered, Kallen dashes further (500 units), and causes the empowered basic attack to deal the bonus magic damage in a small AOE around the target.
Ult; world ruin tectonic slam (cooldown; 120/100/80 seconds)
Kallen charges the power of the world ruin shard for up to 3 seconds, slowing himself by 75%, then he leaps to a targeted location (up too 700 units if charged for 3 seconds), dealing magic damage in an AOE. Depending on how long the ability is changed for, the AOE becomes larger, and if charged for 2 seconds or more, enemies in the AOE are pulled towards Kallen. If empowered, Kallen will blink to the location instead (must charge for at least 0.5 seconds), and will slow all enemies hit by 75% for 1.5 seconds (this slow will apply after enemies are pulled towards Kallen).
