Zyra & Bard & Kindred & Xerath & Skarner & Zyra & Zyra

I've been seeing Riot comment on a lot of "Please this champion needs X skin or Y skin or out of these 4 skins which ones best"

So I'm hoping riot will comment on a few quick questions regarding some of the champions people really want more skins for.

Keep in mind Riot probably can't comment on skins that are almost done because they want to have big reveals so I won't be asking for specifics just generic answers.

1. Does Zyra have any skins in the works or will there be another Zyra skin out by the time Worlds 2016 comes to a close!

2. Are there any Bard skins in the works or does the riot team have any generic ideas for a skin that will be starting to be worked on soon?

3. Will kindred be getting a skin before worlds 2016 or will her next skin be delayed because of her recent release

4. Are there any fan made skins/concepts in the works at all for any champions and if so which ones

5. Will skarner be getting any skins by 2017 are there any in the works or did you abandon him until some sorta patch/rework comes in

6. I mentioned Zyra 3 times in the title for a reason. Have the riot team members ever considered an "arcade" / "Project" / "elderwood" skin(s) for Zyra and are there any ideas you've scrapped for Zyra skins?

andddd lastly:

Will there be any more "guardian of the sands" skins being handed out at any point in time? (I understand these are lore based skins so there might not be)
