Mist The Wolf

i was thinking of a character to introduce if everyone would like and in hopes of consideration? his name is Mist The Wolf. he is a samurai who uses twin swords and has the sole of the dragon lord Kirin within him allowing him to use the power of electricity he mostly uses his power to boost his speed to critical hit his opponents but when he needs his power he unleashes it using his Dragon Rush turning into a dragon black and yellow and unleashes the power Kirin's Lightning so what do you guys think ?
