Librarian Taliyah

I don't have a picture, as I'm terrible at drawing and feel as though I'd only muck up the idea with one I'd make.

Librarian Taliyah would be a skin for her where instead of stone, she uses books to defeat her enemies. (Q) Throwing them after casting a magic circle, (Passive, Ultimate) riding on waves of them, (E) placing down open books that shut when they're triggered, (W) and knocking her enemies where she wants with piles of more books.

Taliyah seems to be a scholar, and always talks about "learning her lesson", so this idea just seemed to fit her perfectly. It could even fit into the "Academy" set or the "Teachers" set that Ryze and Fiora are part of.
