a champion that could Create , (Bushes)

This is Really Basic but i have an idea for a Champion concept.

What if there was a champion that could Create , (Bushes) anyone can hide in across the Map that both teams could use .

• 1. have a total of 18 bushes you can place 1 per level
• 2. or have limit of 3 at a time that last 60 seconds each ....

WHAT WOULD THIS CHAMPION LOOK LIKE ???
WHAT WOULD BE ITS  PASSIVE  QWER   ???~~~~





- Center lane, place a bush , or  next to a tower, or on random paths the jungler 
great spot for wards or ambushes 

this would complete change game play, and placing a bush in a lane, would change how players move,  some are daring and walk up to it.
some will walk to the far side of it , possibly a gank waiting.    wards will be more of a value to the game with this champion in play
