Folia is a vastaya that is in the form of a lamb (think same shape and size of Lamb of Kindred) with a very long and fluffy fox-like tail.

Folia is the one that decides if you live or die, he can heal your wounds or snipe you off with his bow and arrows created entirely from his magic. You are the leaf and Folia decides if you get to stay on the tree longer or cuts you down to the ground, to dry out, crumble, and blow off with the wind.


Folia is a supportive archer with the ability to heal his allies, his attack have two options as well, one being a very high damage and short range option which is reliable or remove the reliability and high damage for unreliable attacks that you have to aim to a location to gain a very long range to them. Only the reliable attacks can damage structures however due to skill shot attacks out ranging tower attack ranges and their inability to damage attacks (buildings don't move, derp).


Basic Attack Range: 600 units [this range is only in play until Q is leveled, range is modified based on this value] Attack Speed: 0.645 +3% per level Base Attack Damage: 56 +2 per level Movement: 340 units per second


The Fall (Passive): Range: 1400 units; Range: 500 units around unit Whenever a nearby champion executes a minion then all nearby minions on the same team of the dying minion are dealt (+15%AD)(+20%AP) true damage. If an enemy minion was executed then this damage is also dealt to nearby enemy champions.

Whenever a nearby champion executes an enemy champion then all enemies around it are slowed by 99% for 2 seconds and are dealt (+75%AD)(+100%AP) true damage.

Power or Snipe (Q): Cooldown: 1 second; Radius: 75 units Toggle Power or Snipe to change magic between Folia's Long Bow or Short Bow.

Power: Folia creates a Short Bow of magic losing 200/175/150/125/100 range and dealing 25% increased damage.

Snipe: Folia creates a Long Bow of magic gaining 400/500/600/700/800 range and dealing 25% decreased damage, but he also loses the ability to attack targets directly and move, only able to send attacks to the target location that you last right-clicked. These attacks can damage multiple enemies, but cannot damage structures.

Autumn's Decision (W): Cooldown: 6 seconds; Cost: 75/80/85/90/95 mana; Range: 700 units Ally Cast: Folia blasts an arrow to heal the target allied champion for 50/80/110/140/170(+100%AP) health. His next basic attack within 1.5 seconds against an enemy champion or epic monster heals himself for 50/80/110/140/170(+100%AP) health.

Enemy Cast: Folia blasts an arrow to deal 40/70/100/130/160(+100%AD)(+70%AP) magic damage. If this arrow takes the life of the target then the cost and cooldown is refunded and Folia's next heal from Autumn's Decision is doubled for allies, only 20% increased healing if the target wasn't a champion.

Double Shot / Volley of Arrows (E): Cooldown: 10/8.5/7/5.5/4 seconds; Cost: 50 mana; Range: 1200 units Double Shot: If Folia currently has a Short Bow then he releases two attacks in the target direction dealing (+125%AD) physical damage each to the first enemy struck, both applying on-hit effects, life steal, and ability to critically strike.

Volley of Arrows: If Folia currently has a Long Bow then he releases a volley of arrows to the target location within 175/200/225/250/275 radius dealing (+125%AD) physical damage to struck enemies, this can critically strike.

Roaring Winter (R): Cooldown: 90/75/60 seconds; Cost: 100 mana; Range: 800 units Folia locks onto the target enemy champion and fires a flurry of 4 basic attacks over 1 second. Damage modifiers from Power or Snipe do not apply and critical damage is halved for these attacks.

Afterwards the next Autumn's Decision within 1.5 seconds will cost nothing and either deal 100/175/250(+50%AP) bonus true damage against enemies or 50/125/200(+100%AD) bonus healing against allies.


NOTE: Double Shot is the default option when Power or Snipe has yet to be leveled.
