Purely for entertainment, spawned from a discussion regarding a dual wielding swordsman, I made a kit primarily to see what type of champion I'd conceptually like him to be. Enjoy, comment if you'd like.

The Vagabond of Ionia A dual wielding swordsman in pursuit of perfecting the internal struggle of finding peace and tranquility while causing death and suffering in the mastery of his art. This has left him a wandering blade with no peer or teacher, drifting wild and unmotivated throughout Runeterra.

Passive – Balance and Stillness The Vagabond knows Balance (3/4/5/6), and must always keep himself tempered for honed and refined combat rather than allowing his instincts to become delayed or inaccurate. The Vagabond uses a Resource Bar of Balance, which charges in 'ticks' of use. For every 3/2/1 second(s) of continual autoattacking without using abilities, The Vagabond generates a tick of Balance. Additionally The Vagabond can remain completely still to generate up to 3 Ticks of Balance, 1 Per Second after a 3 Second Delay. Balance enhances The Vagabond's abilities.

Q – Discipline of Two Passive : The Vagabond autoattacks with dual wielded blades, giving him a passive amount of attack speed per each level of Q. (20/30/40/50/60)

The Vagabond slashes out in a hypnotic and graceful method with his swords, each slash presenting a slightly widened horizontal slash or extended range vertical slash depending on which sword was last used to attack with. These slashes push The Vagabond forward, allowing him to push his opponent for a short distance with each continually landed attack while Balance is used. This attack uses 1 Balance per slash, however if this attack is used without Balance at anytime, it loses all extension of range, and instead causes the unbalanced Vagabond to become slowed.

W – Bladed Path A very short distance dash. If used with Balance, this ability will consume one to increase the range by about 50% distance.

E – Dance of Steel The Vagabond uses his multiple blade style to hoist an enemy overhead and reposition them just behind him. If this ability is used with Balance, the ability will also ground the enemy on the other side for a half second.

R – Soul of the Vagabond Buff The Vagabond gains an additional 20/30/40% animation speed for his abilities during the duration of this ability. In addition his Balance increases by 1 every half second for 3/4/5 seconds. Finally, each of his abilities gain an additional effect when used with Balance.

Discipline of Two – Gain one additional hit per successful strike Bladed Path – Leaves a bladed trail behind The Vagabond that does damage per second by standing in it, as well as slowing enemies temporarily. Dance of Steel – The Vagabond additionally throws enemies near the target overhead as well, positioning them close together upon landing.

summoner 6 The Vagabond is a Juggernaut designed champion made to do controlled initiation for his team, pushing himself through the front line to isolate weaker or more vulnerable targets and bring them back to his team, however not without a fair amount of risk to accomplish this. Building him too squishy should leave him fairly exposed in terms of survivability, optimally choosing instead a slightly tankier more sustain heavy build path to allow him to initiate safely. He still preforms decently on damage much like all other juggernauts, but can be easily caught out of place if his Balance is currently lacking or he is out positioned. He relies heavily on a paced and calm play style prior to engage, and with his visible Balance bar, it is also easy to note when he is at his most dangerous. His combat is also heavily reliant on mixing a variation of autoattacks and abilities to not leave him fully exposed when battling midst a teamfight.
