[Champion Concept] Mastokra, Kalamanda's Chosen

Mastokra is a dual-resource wielding fighter/jungler that has powerful and flexible tools but requires extremely precise resource control. Let me know what you guy's think of the rough sketch of the kit!

Passive - Internal Awakening Mastokra has 2 resources: Will and Tranquility. Whenever Mastokra IS NOT attacking or preforming an ability, she is gaining Tranquility and losing Will. Each point of Tranquility grants bonus Cooldown Reduction. Whenever Mastokra IS attacking or preforming an ability, she is gaining Will and losing Tranquility. Each point of Will grants bonus Movement Speed. The amount of Will and Tranquility combined is ALWAYS equal to 100.

Q - Deliverance Mastokra dashes in a target direction damaging and rooting the first enemy hit. After hitting an enemy, she stops in place and sends a spirit shock wave around her that deals damage and knocks aside other enemies. Each point of Tranquility increases the root duration of the initial hit while each point of Will increases the cast speed of the dash.

W - Balancing Tea Mastokra sips some tea and instantly restores health. If her Will is greater than her Tranquility, shes gains some Tranquility while losing some Will and vice versa. Mastokra can store up to 2 charges of Balancing Tea.

E - Pivot Mastokra dodges any incoming attacks and abilities and re-positions herself behind her target. Her next attack will deal bonus damage in a cone and knock back enemies to the edge of that cone. Each point of Tranquility increases the cone range while each point of Will increases the damage of the attack.

R - Harmonious Reflection Mastokra Channels for 1 second. During this time, she negates and reflects a percentage of damage dealt from attacks and abilities. Any crowd control effects are also redirected back to their caster. For a short duration after the channel, if Mastokra reflected damage back to an enemy champion, she gains double the bonuses from each point of Tranquility and Will. This ability can only be cast when Tranquility and Will are at a 50/50 balance but has a relatively short cooldown.
