[Skin Concept] Police Officer Gragas

Before diving into this I don't want this to offend anyone specially you police officers, and I thank all police officers out there to keep our communities safe and crime free. Now I may continue.

Your may ask "why Gragas, he isn't anywhere close to an officer" and I can agree, but my reasoning behind it (not really reasoning but description of the skin) We all like donuts right... RIGHT? Mr. Gragas has ate one too many donuts, he has a proper uniform like this: http://www.uniforms-i.com/images/police-uniforms.gif I don't own any of the pictures all credit goes ton the artist except rips in his sleeves and a small one on his left pant leg, his barrel has turned into a box.. of donuts with the picture of a pink frosted sprinkle donut on the lid, the box is white and about the size of a shoebox, bit bigger. When this box of donuts are thrown (animation is no longer rolling instead the box Flys through the air in a straight line until it hits the ground) and it hit's the ground the box with start shaking with pink frosted donuts pieces "radiating" around the box (like the normal purple liquid) then on explosion.. well more pink frosted donut particles...

Ult: (Yes this is already really disorganized.. I'm sorry xD) Ult is basically the same idea as his Q which I explained above, but when the donut box explodes full pink frosted sprinkled donuts fly out.. yup.

W: Gragas grabs a donut and eats it once done eating he hits the enemy with his donut box.. and again pink frosted sprinkled donut particles come out..

E: Well... unchanged?

I guess that is all for this kind of skin concept, this is coming from a mid lane mainer, and Gragas fan... thanks for reading if you have any ideas or suggestions I'm open for ideas!
