New Champion

So I thought hmmmmm, what could be a good champion that would requiere great skills and reflexes. So then I thought why hasn't RIOT thought of a champion which can reflect other Champions of ability. I don't know I was thinking of a champion that can deflect almost any ability and return it with twice maybe less of damage and those abilities that can't be returned should increase the champions stats for a brief moment. Thats if he/she dones't deflect any ability. This champion will requiere a lot of skill but i believe this chamipon can make a great game changer. I haven't thought of he/she other abilities but I think RIOT can help out if they see this post.
