Sun Child (Champ idea)

I had a dream about this champion that to kill was like trying to swat a fly or play wack a mole, when you were about to kill her she would vanish and 1 second later re appear somewhere somewhat far visable to everyone with a sun over her head.

ranged AP, Passive, small % of AP becomes AD for basic attack damage Q solar flare, creates a band of solar fire that burns enemies over time, leveling ability makes it wider W Passive similar to sunfire cape, Active resets all cooldowns including ult E channel, directs a long range intense sun spot that scorches enemies and moves like a giant magnifying glass, causes grievous wounds. R Teleport to a fixed long distance, Become visible to all enemy champs as a small sun appears over her head (taking damage from enemy champions reduces cooldown)
