Snowdown Quinn & Pool party Taliyah

A little bit too late for a snowdown skin, but I think Snowdown Quinn would be a great skin. Valor could be a Snowy owl and when Quinn dismounts him snowballs could strike the ground. Also, there could be a pool party skin for Taliyah. She doesn't even have 2 skins, like most new champions. For her passive she could surf. For her Q she could throw water balloons. For her W a whale or a shark could use their tail to hit an enemy back. For her E crabs could pinch enemies and finally her ult could be a huge sand castle's wall
