Okay, so I will ignore the fact that a lot of your descriptions are impossible to follow and you've named two skills Bone Shield.

There's no real reason for him to have a special resource. It doesn't do anything and he might aswell just be resourceless.

He seems to be all about charging directly at the enemy and using summons. While the idea of a champion that keeps close by charging is cool and all, adding the summon doesn't really work. Supposedly you'd want to be able to control the summon just like Tibbers, but doing so would make the charging impossible to follow aswell. Summons just don't work well in League due to the selection system in the game. Ontop of this, it seems like you're allowing the player to have literally infinite hounds if the W works as stated. I take it you'd want to limit the player to one summon with his W at a time and control it like Tibbers. Why you've then added two more hounds to his ult is beyond me.

Also, with a passive that is charging, why does his ult also charge? It seems redundant to charge with his ult only to charge with his passive a second later.

Now, the biggest problem with the kit: You're forcing synergy. His Q only works with his passive, His W moves with you on your passive only if your Q is in the right mode, you can only use your E after you've used your passive. This gives a very one-sided playstyle and is generally REALLY boring to play as you're forced to do one thing to be ableto do another.

The champion isn't bad, I actually like the idea of the passive, but it needs to be written better and the idea of the summons doesn't work so well. Maybe get some help from someone a bit better at english?
