Champ Concept: Iseult, the Shield of the Sanctuary

Lore: The Royal Paladins are known for fighting fiercely for their allies and never surrendering. In no warrior is this more visible than Iseult, who wields the legendary weapon, the Flash Shield. She wields this cursed shield (that's what the original lore says. No curse-related things happen in the real game, so I'm not sure what its status is) to protect her allies, and will never give up until everyone is out of harm's way. She has, on several occasions, passed up on big promotions to fight with close friends, such as not joining the Liberators, the highest ranking knights in Sanctuary, in favor of joining the newly-founded Jewel Knight branch of the Royal Paladins.

(I know the lore was short. She doesn't have a huge impact in the lore, so it's hard to write for her.)

Abilities

Passive: Flash Shield

Throughout the game, Iseult can select an ally champion to mark as her ally. She can change her ally after 120 seconds have passed. Every time she deals damage or her ally deals damage with an autoattack, the ally will gain a shield equal to 25% of the damage dealt that decays over 3/4/5 seconds.

Q: barrier flurry (10/9/8 second cooldown) Iseult will fire three autoattacks in rapid succession, which deal 25% less damage. Her ally will be shielded for the regular amount they would be shielded.

W: Cease Resistance (8 second cooldown at all ranks) Passive: Iseult deals 1% increased damage for every 5 shield attached to her ally. Active: Iseult deals physical damage to the next enemy she autoattacks that equal to 50% of the shield attached to her ally. The passive on her W will deactivate for 10 seconds afterwards.

E: Luminous Wall (15/14/13 second cooldown) Active: Iseult raises a wall that lasts for 3 seconds and will block the first ability to hit it.

R: Vow to Protect (100/95/90 second cooldown) Iseult leaps in a targeted direction, knocking up the first enemy champion hit and dealing 200/250/300 physical damage plus bonus physical damage scaling with 30% of your ad. For 4 seconds after you use this ability, your passive will shield for 50% instead of 25%.
