[champion concept] Norvam: The Bloodbane

Passive: Vampire: hitting two of your basic abilities empowers your next ability to deal (10/30/50)(10%/15%/20%AP) bonus magic damage and heal you for (10/30/50)+(10%/15%/20%) of your missing health. Passive: Bat: hitting two of your basic abilities gives you a (30%/60%/90%) burst of move speed, a (10%/15%/20%) attack speed boost and allows you to ignore unit collision for 5s.

Q: Vampire: Empowers your next auto to bite the target stunning them for (1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2)s and deal bonus magic damage equal to (5/20/35/50/65)(70%AP) and heal you (5/20/35/50/65)(30%AP). Q: Bat: flies in a line dealing (20/30/40/50/60)(80%AD) and slows all enemies hit by 40% and reduces the armor of the first champion hit by (5%/7.5%/10%/12.5%/15%)

W: Vampire: (1st cast) charges up a cone over 3s in front of you increasing its range the longer you charge, while charging you gain a (10%/15%/20%/25%/30%) move speed boost. (2nd cast) at the end of the duration (or after 1s you can recast) to charm all enemies in front of you for the same amount of time you charged the spell. W: Bat: Passive: gain 1% of out of combat move speed for every 10 bonus ad you have Active: breathe out a black mist that blinds any target it passes through for 1.5s

E: Vampire: Passive: killing an enemy unit restores (1%/2%/3%/4%/5%) of your missing health and mana. Active: create a vacuum around you to start draining enemies dealing magic equal to 10%(+ 1% for every 100AP) over 3s and healing yourself for (5%/6%/7%/8%/10%) of the damage you do, if an enemy champion dies while in the vacuum you restore 10% of your missing mana and resets the duration of this ability E: Bat: Passive: 5% lifesteal towards minions and monsters Active: send out a 3sonic screeches in a cone dealing (10/20/30/40/50)(70%AD) physical damage, upon colliding with the first target it hits it reveals them for 5s and marks them, hitting them with either an autoattack or Q consumes the mark and cause you to deal a bonus (5%/10%/15%/20%/25%) physical damage.

R: Vampire: transform into a bat and convert (10%/15%/20%/25%) of your AP into AD, and gain new abilities R: Bat: transform into a vampire and convert (10%/15%/20%/25%) of your AD into AP, and gain new abilities

This is only a rough concept and if people like it I will work on a lore and actual art for this champion but until then i figured i would post ideas for a new transformation hybrid mage/assassin who can work in either the midlane or the jg and im open to any and all suggestions
