Keeran is a Mid-late game marksman, who excels at fighting around terrain. His constant auto attacks and ricocheting Q combined with his timed reload and bullet curving ultimate make for a devastating team fighter.

Passive: Quick Feet Every basic attack Keeran lands increases his movement speed and attack speed. At 6 stacks Keeran cannot be slowed. Lose 1 stack per second you are not attacking an enemy champion.

Keeran's Q is Bouncing Bullet: Keeran fires a bullet that can ricochet off terrain at up to a 135 degree angle. Dealing 70 / 85 / 100 / 115 / 130 (+ 90% of total AD.) If combined with a perfect reload, pierce the first enemy champion struck.

Keeran's W is Speedy Reload: Keeran only hold 6 bullets in his 6 shot revolver. However he may activate his W to force him to reload faster offering him a quick time event (Like a bar with a line that goes across it, and if you Repress W at the right time he instantly reloads.) that gives his other abilities bonus if timed perfectly.

Keeran's E is Smugglers Reflexes: Keeran dodge rolls in a target direction leaving behind a smoke canister for a short amount of time. If this canister is struck by Bouncing Bullet it explodes creating a smoke screen blinding enemies in a small area. If combined with a perfect reload instantly grant Keeran Quick Feet.

Keeran's R is One in the Chamber: Keeran unloads all his ammunition loading and spinning the Final bullet locking on to an enemy champion, after a short channel time Keeran fires and curves his bullet in a target direction (Left or Right) dealing 250 / 450 / 550 (+ 200% bonus AD) after firing automatically triggers Speedy Reload If combined with a perfect reload the bullet will pierce the first enemy champion struck. exploding causing aoe damage. (This ability can be blocked like a Caitlyn ult, the blocker will just have to try and figure out from which side the bullet is curving.)

Ways to play him. Early Game laning. Keeran really only has two damage abilities so early game stay focused on farming and safely poking your lane opponent from a safe distance with Q. If you find yourself in a sticky situation use E to safely dash out of harms way. At level 6 you should be focused on pushing up and taking advantage of Keeran's passive Quick Feet Auto your enemy down, and hit them with a well timed Reloaded ultimate to insure yourself a kill.

Keeran can look to make big plays later, using his passive, and combined E Q combo to set up an aoe blind for his opponents, giving his team the window they might need to engage. If a big team fight does break out, focus on getting a perfect Reload and setting up a huge ultimate winning your team the fight, and the game.

Keeran's lore: Keeran was a smuggler for some bad people, who turned on him causing him to seek out his revenge on them. I could go on a huge lore rant, but who honestly cares ;p

So let me know what you guys think, would Keeran be a awesome addition to the Rift?

Reminds me of that Overwatch character. McCreedy or something.

I really like the W, I am a huge fan of mini games, and the reload mechanic sounds really satisfying to use. Hitting that perfect reload and smacking the enemy ADC with some extra damage. Kind of like Jhin's 4th shot, but better cause you actually have to do something to get the extra damage/perks.

Are his auto-attacks limited to 6 at a time before reloading? It was insinuated, but never factually stated, and I want to be clear. Would his reload speed work similar to Graves? Or would it remain the same throughout the game?

His R provides a cool mechanic to get around champions like Braum or Yasuo who can block projectiles, and would also be incredibly satisfying to land.

Really interesting concept, I like his Q and W, they feel really unique and right for the champion. Does his perfect reload on W work like a sheen proc sort of? Next ability used after it for a short amount of time gets a bonus? :O Either way he seems really cool and his Q > E and and ult seem like they'd be really satisfying to use!

Looks like a cool idea for a gunslinger champ.

Seems like he would be a huge lane bully. That passive kinda reminds me of a jinx type passive but gained over attacking and not when kills. That seems kinda op.

Would W have a cool down or would it just always be off cd like a Yasuo E
