[Champion Suggestion] Zeta, the Cyborg Wonder

Lore: Zeta, born in Bandle City, is larger, stronger, and smarter than the average yordle. When he became of age, Zeta started to travel to Piltover to enroll in the Yordle Academy of Science & Progress. During his travels, Zeta was caught in a monstrous storm. The storm swept him away, and though he lived, he took a serious injury and was completely paralyzed. Luckily for him, he was not too far from his destination, so he was quickly discovered and brought to Piltover. Once there, though he was crippled, he was more determined than ever and sought to reclaim what he lost. Much time passed, and Zeta has equipped himself with mechanical augments to allow his crippled form free movement. He now fights in the League, not only for Piltover, but also because he believes he has something to prove, that his disability has not weakened him in the slightest.

Description: Zeta is bigger than the average yordle, measuring at 3'6 and 75 lbs. Where Zeta isn't covered by metal augmentations, he has soft brown fur covering his skin. Zeta's top left part of his head is completely replaced with a smooth metal plate, with his left eye now an electric robot eye. His entire right arm is also completely metallic, fully equipped with an electric taser and a plasma rifle. The muscles in his legs have also been replaced, now using artificial muscles to allow him to walk. He also has a metallic chassis, both to protect him and to allow him to stand upright. Zeta can be very prideful at times, but is also very humble as well.

Passive: Cyborg Body- Zeta does not have a mana bar, but instead uses a "heat" bar, like Rumble. Zeta's abilities generate heat, and heat will decay by 5 each second if no abilities are active. If Zeta hits 200 Heat, he will Short Circuit, meaning he will stun himself for half a second, followed by a 5 second of self-silence. None of his abilities will work while silenced, regardless of being toggled on or off. All abilities will automatically toggle off if he short-circuits.

Skill 1: Defense Mode- Toggle ability. If all of Zeta's abilities are toggled off, Zeta's heat will decay by an additional 5/10/15/20/25 points per second after 2 seconds of not generating heat.

If toggled on, Zeta will gain access to his shoulder-mounted turret ability. The turret will passively shoot at anything within range, prioritizing what Zeta is attacking. The turret will fire 1 bullet per second. It will deal 10 / 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 damage plus (25%) attack damage and (60%) ability power as magic damage. It will also have a range of 300. It will generate 5 heat per shot.

Skill 2: Utility Mode- Toggle ability. If toggled off, Zeta's armor will increase by 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 points.

If toggled on, Zeta will increase his move speed by 10% / 15% / 20% / 25% / 30%. It will also increase Heat by 15 per second.

Skill 3: Attack Mode- Toggle ability. If toggled off, Zeta will have access to a short-ranged taser weapon. His first basic attack against a unit will stun them for 1.5 seconds, and will not proc again on the same champion for 8 seconds. Every basic attack will deal and additional 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 plus (10% AD) and (30% AP) physical damage. The first basic attack will generate 15 heat.

If toggled on, Zeta will switch to a long-ranged plasma weapon. Zeta's basic attack will deal an additional 2% / 3% / 4% / 5% / 6% of the target's missing health (increased by 1% for each 100 AD Zeta has) plus 20 physical damage. Zeta's range will increase to 400. Every basic attack in this mode will generate 10 heat.

Skill 4: OVERLOAD- Toggle ability. Toggling this ability will prevent Heat from decaying. It will also empower all toggle-on abilities, as well as his short-ranged taser. Zeta's Defense Mode turret range will increase to 400 / 450 / 500. It will also do 25% / 35% / 45% additional damage per shot. It will increase Heat by 10 per shot. Zeta's Utility Mode movespeed will increase by 10% / 20% / 30% only when moving towards an enemy champion. Zeta will also gain vision of all invisible units (and everything in the fog of war) in a radius of 300 / 500 / 700. He will generate 20 Heat per second. Zeta's Attack Mode taser will gain 100 extra range. It will also deal an additional 70% / 100% / 130% extra physical damage. This will generate 10 heat per attack, except his first attack, which will generate 40 heat. His Plasma Rifle will gain an additional 50 / 100 / 150 range, and deal an additional 2% / 3% / 4% of the target's maximum health. It will generate 15 heat per shot.

Playstyle: Where some characters have to switch between two forms that completely change their kit (Nidalee, Jayce, Elise, etc.), Zeta changes only portions of his abilities to suit his immediate situation. Zeta fits best in the jungle, where he can easier manage his ever-increasing heat bar. His Utility Mode is also best suited for the jungle, as it gives him passive defenses while fighting a camp, and extra movespeed while moving between them. Zeta will also use his abilities to pursue and eliminate fleeing enemies. Be careful not to go overboard with his abilities though, as doing so can short-circuit yourself, making yourself very vulnerable to attack.

The word toggle sounds funny now. So many options to suit each situation. However I'm still confused by the heat mechanic, does his heat decay only when no toggles are active. I like the concept, a very interesting and unique concept revolving completely around toggles.

I guess he and Viktor might be friends/enemies since they are basically both cyborgs.
