Mundo rework
This my idea for how Mundo could be reworked to better fit into the current meta, have a more serial killer feel, but keep much of Mundo's kit design. I have purposefully kept numbers vague because I think that's going to be the real meat of balancing and should be left to Riot.
Passive: Patient Whenever Mundo lands a cleaver or basic attack on an enemy champion they are marked as his patient. Mundo gains bonus movement speed when moving toward his patent. Mundo can only have one (1) patient at a time.
Active 1: Infective Cleaver Cost: Health Cooldown: seconds Mundo throws a cleaver in a line hitting the first enemy in its path and dealing a percentage of its current health as damage and slowing it. If the he hits an enemy the cost is refunded (50% for minions, 100% for champions and major monsters) and Infective Cleaver’s cooldown is reduced to two (2) seconds. This reduction is not effected by cooldown reduction. If the enemy is already the patient the slow stacks up to twice and the third cleaver removing the slow and applies a snare instead.
Active 2: Sadism/Masochism Sadism Passive Mundo gains a portion of the damage dealt to enemies as healing. Masochism Cost: Health/second Cooldown: seconds Mundo loses the effect of Sadism but deal magic damage to all enemies around him. Mundo gains bonus magic based off missing health.
Active 3: Presence of the Madman Cost: Health Cooldown: seconds Mundo dashes to target location fearing all nearby enemies upon arrival. If his patient is within his basic attack range before he dashes the patient is brought with him.
Ultimate: Zaun Surgery Cost: Health Cooldown: minutes Duration: seconds Mundo gains a percentage of his bonus armor and magic resist as bonus armor and magic resist respectively. Mundo gains the healing from Sadism for his patient only even when using Masochism. The effects of the speed boost for Patient, healing from Sadism, and fear on his patient from Presence of the Madman are all significantly increased.
