[Champion Concept] Astra the Universal Bond
Introduction
I know riot like unique concept for champion and like them to have something special to their kit. I would like to share this concept for a magnetic champion with an anit shield mechanic with you guys.
The Champion
Astra is a divine entity that is said to whole everything in the universe together. Astra has the power of magnetism able to attract and repel things. Astra like to experiment with its power to see the result of bring things together are breaking them apart.
Gameplay
Astra is a very versatile champion and can take many role depending on what form he is in:
- Positive Form: Support Mage
- Negative Form: Assassin
Abilities
Passive: Law Of Attraction/Polarity Disruption
**Law Of Attractiion **
While playing Astra everything around will have a certain ionic charge of either positive or negative. Similar charge object will repel each other and opposite will attract.
- Astra can be positive or negative charge base on his polarity meter.
- Allies/enemies will have a positive charge at all time
- Minion/monster will be neutral until Astra charge them by attacking them.
**Polarity Disruption **
Astra has a polarity bar that he can build up with auto attack to change his polarity. Base on his polarity his auto attack and ability will have bonus effect.When you start the game you will have a positive charge, when you build the bar up to 50% you will turn negative.
- Positive Form: Your auto attack will slow enemy from 5/7/10%
- Negative Form: Your auto attack does bonus magic 5/7/10(5% ap)
Q: Ionic Blast (skill shot)
30/35/40/45/50 Mana
Send a ball of power at your target that damage them for 70/100/130/160/190 (80% ap)
- Positive Charge: Will knock enemy back
- Negative Charge: Will stun the first enemy hit
**W: Magnetic Aura ** (click ability)
75/85/95/105/115 Mana
Cast a spell on a target that will surround them with an aura with special effect depending on who you cast it on
On all allies it will Shield them for 100/120/140/160/180(70%ap) with a bonus effect depending on your charge
- Positive Charge: prevent melee attacking champion from auto attack them
- Negative Charge: Grant bonus movement speed toward positive charge things
On enemies it will be like a debuff:
- Positive Charge: It will dispel any shield on the target and prevent them from being reshield during the duration of the ability.
- Negative Charge: Cause them to slow their allies movement
E: Charge Field (targeted ability)
70/80/90/100/110 Mana
Send out a wave of electricity that deals 70/100/130/160/190 (80% ap) damage to anyone struck on the path. After a 4 sec delay the ground will become charge.
- Positive Charge: Will cause all champion on the path to float and unable to attack. If near a wall you can float over the wall. This ability does affect allies
- Negative Charge: will stun all enemies on the path for 2sec
R: Quantum Burst (targeted ability)
110/120/130 mana
2000/2700/3400 range
Astra leaps in the air and land at a targeted location dealing damage on impact in a 400 range with additional effects.
- Positive charge: deals 50/ 100/150 (70% ap) and knock enemies away
- Negative Charge: deals 100/ 200/300 (70% ap) and pull enemies toward you
