Idea of having an Auction House

I would like to propose the idea of adding an auction house of some sort to League of Legends. How this would work is there would be an auction house shop button and players will be able to sell / buy skins, ward skins, icons, and champion shards. The seller can select the currency they wish to sell it for, this could be ip, blue essence or orange essence (maybe RP). I feel like this would be more usefull and to help out other players and get rid of those helpless shards that you have sitting there and no longer want :) please look into this riot :D
