How to deal with inting in ranked games!

So what do you do when you get into game and you realize your Nunu jungle decided that last second they would switch too ? The simple answer try as hard as you can to win while they run it down mid. But how is this fair too us as a community? We are trying to climb and get better at the game but we have people who troll us in our ranked games. I would say every 1 in 5 ranked games I have done lately I have ether had someone int right of that bat, or get mad with a team mate and start inting later on in the game. Some times you can still pull off a win even with one member of your team feeding, but honestly its unlikely its just hard to play in a 4v5 and not fun at all. That's why I propose we make an in game report system that has active league staff looking over 24/7 or at least during the daylight hours of any given region. People send in requests from inside the game and the staff would check it out. If they do see someone running it down mid then they end the game ban that person and the game dose not make either team lose or gain LP. The 2nd thing you could do is make an option for after any game players can send in a request not too lose LP if one of there teammates intend and not have it count against there MMR. Anyway that's all I had to say if you agree with me please show your support and lets get on this, people should be able to play with out the fear of one of there teammates ruining the game for them.
