This item needs a slight buff i think. It would be cool if this active was the same as the old QSS : removing any status effect. For example: Eve W, Zed R, Darius passive, Ignite, etc..... I think this would make it a better item overall, and it would see more use. This item was buffed/reworked from its first underused, bad form, but still does not see very much popularity. It is only good on about 5 supports. The rest could care less. Maybe make the passive similar to Ardent? So supports without a heal or shield could give their adc those buffs. This item was removed because it was bad. They brought it back. It is better, but they brought it back when every other AP item got buffed as well. This item is still behind the curve. Maybe give it a 10-20 AP boost and make it cost more? Or make a second passive on it? This is a new item that is fun to play with, but not really that great. Mages who need to be fast build items that give them % move speed, celerity, ghost, boots......so they do not want to waste gold on an item that only gives 40 AP and a mini Sivir R. Up the AP? Make it have 20% cd? Or even the first item to give 15% cd? This is a little different. This pertains more to the champions that HAS TO build it. Viktor is in a bad because if he does not build this before anything else he sucks. 1-2 of his abilities won't be upgraded and his R speed will be super slow. If rushes this item he will be weaker in other parts of the game until he has full boots and another item. Viktor scales well yes. He is not allowed to build tear though. This would slow him down too much. My proposal here is to make his abilities level up ass he levels (5,8,11 for the level2 R power spike) or with stats (similar to Kai Sa). This item would be completely removed. Viktor could build tear, Luden's, ROA, Lich Bane, or even GLP first instead. This would keep Viktor viable rather than either OP or awful. TBH I forget about this item because it's just there for trolling people. It is not very strong compared to the better options when tanking and it is just a gimmick......#remove
