I think Jhin should have a passive like kindred's that allows him to mark champions and recieve extra gold/xp for getting or assisting the kill. Since his quotes often elude to killing as his "work" and cameras always watching him and those he kills. Just an idea, but I think it would be cool.
The reason I downvoted this is because Jhin's passive is his core identity. And his core identity isn't the same as kindred's. Nor is it particularly 'hunter'-like. Anyway's, I'm 175% against removing his current passive and 125% against adding a new one. Besides the fact that it would make him overloaded, even more OP, and more complicated, it's just not fluidly compatible with his theme.

That actually WAS Jhin's original passive when he was in development. The cyber bounty hunter cowboy thing they were going for with his original concept (with his original base skin planned to be what's now his release skin - High Noon Jhin) didn't quite stick too well. The bounty hunter part got split off into Kindred, and they later revisited the idea and created Jhin.
