I want "spellvamp" back in items

"Spellvamp" ítems were removed from the game, but now we have built-in "spellvamp" in a lot of champions, most of them also benefits from "life steal".

Things like the current state of Fiora or are already irritating, but know we have this Kayn champion that is going to have a ton of "spellvamp" in his dark form. For me it's the straw that brakes the camel's back.

We want AP ítems with "spellvamp" back.
