Since the Ranked season will be broken into 3 smaller parts, can we get more Essence Emporiums?

Since Ranked next year will be divided into three different parts, can we get smaller, minimalized Essence Emporiums to go along with this? They don't need to have new content made for every one or even all the content that the big ones have, and the larger Emporiums at the Mid and Preseason should still be the biggest and most magnificent with things like the Gemstone bundles and Urfwick, but it would help if we could still have access to BE sinks a bit more periodically throughout the year.
