Back to Ao Shin
So I just remebered that riot made a concept of Ao Shin, but he was never finished. So here are my ideas of his stats and skillsets: Roles: Mage Support Level 18 Health: 1934 Health regen: 15,3 Mana: 1322 Mana regen: 18,8 Range: 510 Attack damage: 112 Attack speed: 0,892 Armor: 82,4 Magic res: 30 Movespeed: 335
AO Shin Abilities -passive: Stormbringers justice Enemy champions hit with his autoattacks get a mark. When an ally of shin attacks the champion that is marked it will deal bonus damage scaling with shins AP. Additionally shin gets Mana back when the mark is popped. if Shin himself pops the mark, it will deal half the damage. It will have a scaling cooldown base don shins lvl. 14/12/10/8/6/4
-Ability 1: Blast Shocks Every enemy unit within 300 radius will take magic damage scaling on Shins AP, all marked champions will be stunned for 0,75 seconds, and all unmarked champions will get a mark. 12 sec cooldown
-Ability 2: Thundergods blessing 500 range, gives targeted ally champion increased movement speed and attack speed, they wil also gain 3 «Thunder orbs» the orbs will go with each autoattack of the buffed ally, until all three orbs are used. Each thunder orb does not deal damage, but stuns targeted enemy unit for 0,5 seconds. 15 sec cooldown
-Ability 3: Lightningstruck 600 range , damages an enemy unit and sends a lightning like static shiv, hitting up to 5 enemies. Each bounce the lightning will reduce the damge by 10%. Every enemy champion hit by the lightning will get a mark. The damage scales on Shins Mana.
-Ultimate: Transcend Shin flies up into the skies and become untargetable. When he is in the sky the player has 4 seconds to choose a location within a 3500 radius for shin to descend onto, dealing magic damage scaling with Shins AP to all enemy units inside a 300 radius from the landing site. All enemy champions hit will be marked. The descent takes about 0,75 seconds. If a location is not chosen shin will descend where he used the ability.
