Can we get a genie warrior type champions

Now a Genie is derived from the Islamic Djinn or Jinn. They are basically the concept of demons from another realm, mostly inspiring the modern conception of what a demon is. They are noted to be fairly chaotic and devious.

On to my point, I think a genie champion would be rather cool. Now I don't mean a wish granting Aladdin type genie, but one more like awesome. I don't think a wish granting genie really has place in the league, but a chaotic hell raiser who can kick ass? Yeah, I think that would work greatly.

Visually, I think the cloths of the picture up above, or at least something similar, are perfect for the character. The chains on the legs and hands are a common theme for genies who have been enslaved in lamps. Even Genie from Aladdin sports them.

That and his baggy pants are very classical middle eastern attire and I think should be kept in some form for a middle eastern inspired champion.

He should be fairly young, as the trapped genies don't age.

He starts off as a skinny kid, sort of like jinx, but as he gains stacks, he changes, similar to kha's evolution, but instead of growing wings, he becomes more buff and muscular

Kit:

Passive; all cc is reduced on him by 50%. Being trapped for years, he has adapted to escaping. Can not be chain cced. Meaning if he is stunned, other cc, knocked up, or whatever, can't be used on him for 10 seconds. Chain cc part does not apply to slows, only the 50% reduced cc part does.

Passive part two; Random monster drops a lamp. If lamp is used by enemy, it bypasses his passive and allows for full stun and a chain cc by that champion alone for a short time, like a potion, it has a timer after use. If used by team, acts as a potion x2. Item is removed from bag after 3 minutes.

passive part three: when R is cast on himself it activates Aura effect: , Aura effect then triples all defense for 10 seconds, but once used and time runs out, he has no mr or armor for 10 seconds

Base: he is a martial artist with punches and kicks.

Q: Increases his basic punches to do more damage for 2 separate hits, meaning when activated, he hit once, the can q again, to hit another seperate punch, but if he doesn't use both or even if he does, it goes into cd after a bit of time. while he fights, he gains .50 of a stack for every kill he gets using q. each stack adds to his attack damage on his q hits ( similar to nasus)

W: Has a charge bar where his mana should be. It charges from fighting. When full, allows a black hole to be opened. The black hole is targeted similar to kindred system of picking a champion, but instead of a lasting effect, a black hole is opened, with a 5 auto attack hit bar, near the selected champion. Then Reon can use the black hole at his end and send his hand to the other black hole in a skill shot grab. Both give vision, and can be used anywhere but the player base. If the hole is hit 5 times it goes away.

E: Can flash jump near an enemy, not a team mate. If 2 or less enemy's, can only flash once. For every additional enemy he gets one more flash to them, up to 3. If used on the last opponent hit by q, gives q a cd reset.

R: Can be used on enemy and allied champions. If used on enemy champions, it puts them in a bubble, which is not a stun. they can still flash, run and all of that, but they can't fight. All attacks they use do nothing, for a short period.

If used on an teammate, all of their damage intake is reduced for a short period.

If used on self, Aura effect is activated (see passive)
