New champion concept: Ijiraq, Spirit Of Insanity
Ijiraq, spirit of insanity (name borrowed from Inuit mythology/astrology)
passive: Mental Destruction: Ijiraq's basic attacks weakens the target, causing it to take 3% (+1% per 100 AP) more damage from Ijiraq's basic attacks and abilities (stacks 5 times)
Q: War Scythe: Ijiraq swings his scythe, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+50% AP) in cone front of him (10/9/8/7/6 sec cooldown) (Emote of war scythe would be a swing of his scythe, gusting a fiery wave in cone)
W: Call of Death: Ijiraq fires a shadowy face from his hand, forcing the first target it hits to walk towards Ijiraq for 1 second. Hitting enemy champion with call Of Death will refresh the cooldown of War scythe (50/70/90/110/130 +100% AP, +100% Bonus AD) (15 sec cooldown)
E: Devouring Anxiety: Ijiraq affects his target with massive anxiety, slowing his movement and attack speed by 10% and burning him 50/80/110/140/170 (+40% of AP) over 5 seconds (10 sec cooldown)
R: Psychosis: Ijiraq causes his target to fall into psychosis, causing him to lose control of his champion for 5 seconds. The player affected by psychosis don't see the loss of control of his champion, and on his screen he controls his champion normally. Casting psychosis has no visible cast or mark on its target, but it causes the target to randomly attack all (friendly and enemy) champions around him with his basic attacks. (80/70/60 sec cooldown)
Target affected by psychosis takes 90% reduced damage, and deals only 10% of his real damage with his attacks.
Target affected by psychosis is marked to Ijiraq's team with shadows and shadowy faces twisting around him.
*Psychosis would be very effective late game/offensive support spell wich could disable one enemy champion from their team with a risk that they wont even notice it.
R: second cast: Teleport: Ijiraq teleports to designated location in 1000 yard range. Target affected by psychosis sees Ijiraq still attacking on him.
*Teleport would offer a very effective both offensive and defensive techique, when he could use it as an escape, as well as use it to teleport behind his enemy to block his escape route.
Ijiraq would be this grim reaper-like creature with floating open robes with no visible body inside. (see the attached illustration, sry for my bad drawing skills ^_^) His laughing face would be formed from shadows in the place where his head should be. He would be carrying a massive scythe. His auto attack would be a shadowy shot from his right hand to 550 range.
