Purchasing a Minion Skin

There's a very, very little chance that randomly set players are gonna form a team of Project skin users so that the minions will turn into Project Minions. So why can't we just purchase Project Minion skins? If we just buy the skins, we can give each other player without the skin the option to activate it in game. The switch will be set to whoever owns the minion skin.

Also, now that we have Project Minion skins, how about other minion skins? I'm a big fan of technological skins so why not Battle Cast or Mecha? Hextechs maybe? Pulsefire even? Void Minions? Pirate Minions? Demacian and Noxian minions? Something to give more style to the gameplay.

Another thing, how about turret, nexus, and inhibitor skins? I like how they made cannon turrets in the Butchers Bridge so why not make that a purchasable skin? I want to customize my minions and structures for crazy in game experience.
