A new champion idea

I recently got an idea for a new champion... I was thinking about a champ whose whole kit is about a sword like a needle that he has.Take an example Naruto character Kushimaru Kuriarare who uses that kind of sword . His or her q would be like orianna's q like a skill shot with a relative short cd, her w could be a bleeding passive,her e like a pull in her or his strings and the needle.You can watch that character on the show and yuo'll get a better picture of what im thinking .
