Ionia Taliyah

It would actually be amazing if Taliyah had an Ionian skin that looked similar to Rayfa Padma Khura'in from Ace Attorney 6. Considering that her dance is clearly a reference to the dance of devotion from this game (That is also preformed by Rayfa) And Rayfa has the same english voice actor as Taliyah, I feel like it would be an amazing skin, even 1350 Tier. Considering she traveled to the Freljord in one skin, why couldn't she travel to Ionian in another?
