Ingame notepad?

I have been playing league for several years, and i was thinking why not making something that can improve your gameplay and yourself as a gamer in league of legends ... Imagine using an notepad while you playing the game or even after the game on the client reminding your self things that can help you for your laning, jungling, etc. I know that you could use your PC's notepad but, but it would more practical having a notepad ingame as i said.

Whats your thoughts about that?
