The Aquatic deity known only as Ursi is said to be the enchantress of the sea. A Eight armed Goddess, Ursi's only threat is the seldom hostile sea dwelling tribe of the Marai, and their ever lasting quest of a Moon Stone. For in that Moon Stone hold the heart of the Ocean, the heart of Ursi's kingdom. She lurks in the mysterious fathoms below, striking only when provoked. But as the Tidecaller
ventures farther and farther on land the ever looming threat of the Moon Stone being found grows in chances, putting all Ursi holds dear in danger.
Passive: Ink Well - Ursi gains an Ink Sac every time an enemy uses an ability near her. At Eight Ink Sac's Ursi's next ability will cost no Mana and burn the enemy for 20/50/80/150 Magical Damage (+20% of Ability Power) Ink Sac's are reset upon death.
Q: Sucker Punch - Ursi throws one of her tentacles in a straight line in front of her, dealing 90/110/150/240/300 (+80% of Ability Power) and Slowing the first enemy hit for 50%/50%/50%/60%/70% for 0.5/1.0/1.5/2.0/2.5 Seconds. If she kills an enemy Champion or Minion with Sucker Punch Half the Mana Cost is returned. Mana Cost: 60/70/70/80/90 Mana. Mana cost returned - 30/35/35/40/45 Mana. Cooldown: 10/10/9.5/9.0/9.0 Seconds.
W: Sea Level - Passively, Ursi gains 10/20/25/30/40/50 bonus movement speed whenever Healed from sources other than Ursi that decays over 3 Seconds (Heals that Trigger this include -
) When Activated, Ursi pulls the Earth up around her, knocking up enemies nearby for a short time while dealing 70/80/100/150/200 (+70% of Ability Power).
Mana Cost: 80/80/90/100/125 Mana.
Cooldown: 15/13/10/10/10 Seconds.
E: Unfortunate Soul - When activated, Ursi's next basic attack roots the enemy for 0.5/1.0/2.0/2.5/3.0 Seconds and deals an extra 20/30/40/60/70 (+40% of Ability Power) Magical Damage. If the enemies Maximum Health exceeds Ursi's current Health, the enemy is also Silenced for 0.5 seconds. Mana Cost: 90/100/100/120/150 Mana. Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/7/6 Seconds.
**R: Blood Ink - ** Upon activation Ursi poisons the selected ground area for 2/4/6 seconds. Enemies in the Area take 50/100/150 (+70% of Ability Power) every 0.5 Seconds. If enemy champions die while on Blood Ink,l Ursi is healed for 100/200/300 Health Points. Mana Cost: 100/100/150 Mana. Cooldown: 120/100/90 Seconds.

- Rylia's will turn Blood Ink into a large slow, turning team fights into your favor and making Blood Ink a great way to escape or chase down enemies.
Ursi works well with:
- Using Tormented Soil on top of Blood Ink can easily melt down enemies health.
- Nami's Tidecaller's blessing works well with Unfortunate Soul, adding bonus damage and CC on top of it's already potent damage and CC potential.
- While providing a Heal that will activate Sea Level's passive, Alistar also provides another potent knock up and can shove enemies into Ursi's Sucker Punch.
