Santiago, the Black Market Dealer

If you're anything like me, you know that pirates are the superior race. That being said, there's not a legit support pirate, nor can I have my full pirate team comp without having to cheat with pirate skins. Well, here's a step in the right direction.

Santiago is a ranged, tanky support that utilizes an array of passive abilities with recharging actives. The most notable comparison is Udyr, with his stance changes, but it is important to note that all of Santiago's passives are active at all times. Let's get to the champion.

Passive: Everything Must Go! Santiago uses his connections in the Black Market to give his team a (5/10/15%) discount at the shop every ten minutes for thirty seconds. It should be noted you cannot sell anything during this duration, as you could profit off of the disparity between prices.

Q- Ionian Wine Active: Toss a potion onto Allied units, healing (Numbers) amount of health over three seconds. 3 charges max, recharge is 15 seconds. Passive: Allies nearby Santiago gain health and mana regen based off of (20% of his health regen/ 20% of his mana regen).

W- Noxian Brew Active: Toss a potion onto Enemy units, dealing (Numbers) of damage, and applying a 30% Movement and Attack Speed slow. 3 charges max, recharge is 15 seconds. Passive: When enemy minions spawn, a random minion will be worth double gold. This can only apply to one minion out of all three lanes.

E- Demacian Liquor Active: Toss a potion onto Allied units, causing their next ability to cost (10/20/30/40/50) less mana. 3 charges max, recharge is 15 seconds. Stacks. Passive: Allies that move towards Santiago in the river gain (50% of Santiago's movement speed) movement speed until either looking another direction or leaving the river.

R- Bilgewater Mark Active: Santiago places a mark out on an enemy champion, reducing their Armor and Magic Resist by (20/40/60). If the enemy is killed, the ally receives (100/200/300) bonus gold. Three marks max, active until they die or kill Santiago. Santiago cannot collect his own marks.

All potions have a cast time of 0.3 seconds. Like most champions, Santiago cannot spec his ult until level 6. Upon returning to base, Santiago gains max charges on all of his potions. The main thing I want to enforce is the fact that gold manipulation is something only carries have had, and only for themselves, GP, Draven, TF. Santiago not only brings in this mechanic to the support role, but also gives it his own, supporting spin on it.
