Bring back ranked 5v5

I was wondering why they have removed the ranked 5v5 system. In my opinion League should have a way for players or all elo's to play with each other in a competittive envoirment by playing in a team that ignores all mmr's and/ elo's of the players in it and has it's one mmr that doesn't have anything to do with the mmr's of the indivitual players. this would also help lcs teams with practising because players above diamond can than queue up with 5 people. If a team win's the team gains some mmr (not the players) and if they win the team loses some mmr (again not the players). In my opinion this would be a verry fun feature for the game and i was wondering wat other peaple thought about it.
