We NEED a new Zilean skin.

I know some people think that Zilean is not very popular and not many people use him as compared to popular champs like Yas, Ashe, Veigar, Malz, Garen, Thresh, Yi, Lux etc, which is probably because he has only one damaging ability. But, it has been ages since Zilean got a skin and many people do actually use him Even Nunu and Rumble have legendary skins. Zilean seriously deserves a legendary (or even ultimate if possible) skin. All his skins are very boring and basic (except blood moon which was released a LONG time ago in season 4 or 5) and it has been years since he got a skin. Please Riot give Zilean a new skin.

Do you guys agree with me on this?
