Bot lane shenanigans

I think making there have no fortification on the bottom turret is pretty stupid tbh. My friend is an ADC main, and he's says that his least favorite part about being an ADC is when at least once every game, there is a 5 man five on bot. I'm sure it will make the game go faster, but maybe not as enjoyable as it was before 6.15, to bot lane
