Champion Mastery LvL 8
I think Riot should create Mastery Lvl 8
To get LvL 8 u need to have LvL 7.
U need to get 4 S.
To upgrade u need 2k BE.
And i have some concepts:

There should not be a cost for mastery. That's not how good you are, it's how much BE you have. My highest mastery is Urgot, you couldn't tell because I don't have enough BE.
