Shurelya's Vow and Knight's Reverie

with the potential of Shurelya's Reverie making a come back, and since it is a support item, and since its leaked build path shares a common item w/ another uncommonly built support item, I wanted to propose a tier 3 option for them.

Shurelya's Vow : Shurelya's Reverie(supposedly aether wisp+ kindlegem +450gold= 2100cost ) + negation cloak + 530 combine = total 3350 10%cdr, 40 mr, 40 ap, 250 hp, 5% bonus ms, active : Unique: Nearby champions gain 40% movement speed for 3 seconds (60 second cooldown). passive : while near ally champion gain 20 mr, and 15% bonus movement speed while moving toward ally champion ,While within a 1000 range of ally champion, heal for 12% of the damage ally champions deal to enemy champions and redirect 12% of the damage to ally champions from enemy champions (after reductions) to you as true damage. Both effects are reduced to 6% if the item holder is ranged.

Knight's Reverie :build : knight's vow + aether wisp: cost 3350(300 combine) 10%cdr, 40 arm, 40 ap, 250 hp, 5% bonus ms, active : Unique: Nearby champions gain 40% movement speed for 3 seconds (60 second cooldown). passive : while near ally champion gain 20 arm, and 15% bonus movement speed while moving toward ally champion ,While within a 1000 range of ally champion, heal for 12% of the damage ally champions deal to enemy champions and redirect 12% of the damage to ally champions from enemy champions (after reductions) to you as true damage. Both effects are reduced to 6% if the item holder is ranged.
