New Champion Masteries

So right now I could be a level 7 mastery champion and have not played that champion in 6 months, or even longer. I could be completely out of practice with that champion and still have the top mastery level. I think we need a few new levels of champion masteries. These levels will focus on being current with your champion and the champion master level is reversible. This means if you don't play that champ anymore for whatever reason you could be reverted all the way back down to level 7. So without further adieu here is my idea for new champion masteries.

Champion Mastery Level 8: Requirements: Must have at least 1 S game with your champion in the last month Must have 35,000 champion Points. Loading screen Flair: (this is the little badge in the top left corner) It now has 3 tassels that hang down from the bottom of the flair. The color can be changed to primarily silver with gold highlights

Champion Mastery Level 9: Requirements: Must have at least 3 S- games with your champion in the last 2 weeks Must have 50,000 Champion Points Loading screen Flair: The 3 tassels are now more pronounced look more like twisted rope. The color can be changed to primarily gold with silver highlights

Champion Mastery Level 10: This champion mastery is reserved for your "Main" Champion. When people say they Main someone this is the level they should be. Requirements: Must have at least 2 S games with your champion in the last week. Must have 100,000 Champion Points Champion must be used minimum of 10% out of your last 20 games. Loading screen Flair: There should be a big M for main on the flair and maybe the whole thing should just become longer. it could drape across the left side of your loading screen. Ya know just a big beautiful banner that says I main this champ. Come get some!

What do you guys think? Is it time for some new Champion Masteries???

I have the exact same issue with people expecting me to play a select champion well although I got the mastery about a year ago only to get the Box. I was thinking of the exact opposite like an optional decay system that would not refund the rewards or make the player redo the costs. It would allow the me as the player to show my experience with a specific champ has gone down.
