New champion idea!

Hey everyone! So this is my first post here, and I hope that it isn't as bad as my rank (B5).

So, I had this idea one night while watching a video titled "What Braum COULD Have Been - League of Legends" by Jeremy "Gaming Curios." (Link down below)

He mentioned that Braum was originally going to be a character named Ceecee. She was an engineer from Piltover with a big shield yadda yadda here comes Braum. When he mentioned Ceecee, I was intrigued. She seemed like a very cool character with all the spinning gears and whatnot, and it really seemed awesome to me. I elaborated on this idea of a robot cyborg thing that could possibly change forms. Yes, I know Orianna is a robot and we have shapeshifters already like Nidalee and Jayce (Sort of). But, heres the thing. Besides Gnar, we don't really have a shapeshifter that changes forms randomly, AND gets an entirely new kit. By new kit I mean two ultimates, all new QWE abilities, that sorta stuff.

"But... But Cosmic, Gnar doesn't get an ability until he hits mega form!"

Yeah, no way.

The idea for this is that their passive will be timed. Every five minutes, they'll shift into their different form, causing their kit to alter. This would be difficult however, but heres the solution. Make both kits work in one role, jungle. Nid's a good example of this because she can start in human form, Q, switch to cat form, combo, take the buff and heal. It wouldn't be that rapid, but it could work. Balancing could be a challenge, but I'm sure that Riot could figure it out knowing how they balance champions well. ( Sorry.)

Model: Similar to Ceecee, she or he would be from Piltover (I just love the people and attitude there.) He or she would be a Cyborg! Similar to an attitude of Vi, but not as serious about their job. They would constantly be making jokes and always make you feel like your having good time. Animations would be that when their passive triggers, gears shift, and their model flips inside out. Takes about 6 seconds, so you immediately know when its happening. Audio cues and all that jazz. The alternate personality would be close to Caitlyn's seriousness. Making fun of how unprofessional the other form is.

Lore: Born as a child in the magnificent city of Piltover, (Name) was captured at the age of 2 by Viktor! Constantly experimented on, Viktor made edits to their body, altering genes, changing appearance. Adding bionic abilities to the person. Finally, Viktor had decided to join the League of Legends, he had left his work behind. The adolescent version of this champion escaped Viktor's lab, and was considered to be extremely dangerous. They all knew that Viktor was bound to be relentless, do to his credit being stolen, and how he mutilated his own body. After living on the streets and the abandoned laboratory, they are deciding to chase after their creator, and take him down once and for all. (Probably not that accurate, because I don't really know much about Viktor's lore)

Abilities: Not quite sure, but I'm going to leave it to Riot to figure this one out, because they're the ones in charge of this, if they used it of course.
