[Champion Concept] Haulster, Exile of the Void

Good day everyone. Today is the day that I've posted a new Champion Concept for some time now, so while reviewing & going over this Concept please leave your Thoughts & Feedbacks down bellow. I look forward to reading what you fellow LOL Players have to say.

Place of Origins: Piltover (for 31yrs)/Void (for 200yrs) & now back at Piltover. Primary: Mage. Secondary: . Additional Roles: Player Choice.

A man of science who was pulled into a realm of darkness & madness that have caused him to become deranged & mentally unstable, ever since he stumbled out of the void he has searched relentlessly a way back to the void while leaving traces of the voids essence wherever he walks.

Statistics: Attack Power: 2. Defense Power: 4. Ability Power: 8. Difficulty: 7.

Health: 415(+29) Health Regen.: 1.9(+0.39) Manna: 409(+30) Mana Regen.: 2.0(+0.40) Attack Range: 520(Range) Attack Damage: 23(+2.2) Armor: 14(+2.1) Magic Res.: 30(+0) Attack Speed: 0.630(+2.2%) Move. Speed: 342

**Appearance: ** Haulster looks like a middle-age man but during his time in the void his bodily features have changed: .his skin is shade of mild grey with patches of purple cracks .his eyes are black with purple iris’s .hair is black with purple tips .both his arms black from his finger tips to his elbows with purple like veins Haulster wears tattered & torn up black jeans, he wears a small black mantel that covers his shoulders & head while a scarf covers the lower half of his face. Around his waist is a belt that seems to have some form of small armored shells, he also carries around a slender stone cane that has purple crystal nob head.

Innate Passive: Seeking the Void. All of Haulster’s Abilities aside from Void’s Eruption will create Rifts to the Void, while Haulster is within 180-radius of a Rift he will gain 15% Health Regeneration, 5% increased Movement Speed & 5% Cool Down Reduction per Rift that he is within range of.

Q-Ability: Voids Eruption. Range: 150 - 400. Cool Down: 18/16/14/12/10. Cost: 50/60/70/80/90. Path Magic Damage: 20/40/60/80/100(+50% bonus AP). A.O.E Magic Damage: 40/70/100/130/160(+50% bonus AP). **Activation: ** After Haulster has chosen the distance & location of a 130-radius location within this Abilities Casting Range Haulster will send out 2 surges of dark energy in curved path towards his desired location, while the surges are traveling down their path any enemy they come in contact with will be dealt Magic Damage. When both surges reach the targeted A.O.E they will cause an explosion that deals Magic Damage to all enemies within the blast radius.

W-Ability: Gap between Realms. Range: 350. Cool Down: 20/18/16/14/12. Cost: 100. Magic Damage: 55/85/115/145/175(+40% bonus AP). Activation: After Haulster has chosen a single point within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Haulster will quickly open a rift to the void & slip through it, after a 0.25 second delay Haulster will instantly Teleport to his targeted location. After Teleporting the rifts that Haulster made during his escape will linger on the Map for 2 seconds, if Haulster Right-Clicks on any of the portals he will launch an orb of darkness at the portal. If an enemy Champion is within 170-radius of the opposite portal that Haulster Right-Click the orb he launched through his portal will lock-on to that Champion dealing Magic Damage & applying a 25% Movement Speed Slow for 1.5 seconds.

E-Ability: Come Forth. Range: 250. Cool Down: 21/19/17/15/13. Cost: 60/70/80/90/100. Magic Damage: 45/65/85/105/125(+40% bonus AP). Number of Tendrils per Rank: 1/2/3/4/5. **Activation: ** After Haulster has chosen a 70-radius location within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Haulster will tear open a small rift which has armored tendrils emerge, for the next 6 seconds any enemy Champion that is within 185-radius of this rift will be attacked by a tendril being dealt Magic Damage every 0.75 seconds. If a tendril kills its target it will Heal Haulster by this Abilities current damage output.

R-Ability: Rift to the Dark Realm. Range: 200. Cool Down: 210/190/170. Cost: 130. Magic Damage: 85/115/145(+50% bonus AP). Activation: After Haulster has chosen a 50-radius location within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Haulster tears open a rift to the Void, for the next 12 seconds after creating the rift while Haulster within 200-radius of the rift he will gain 10% Damage Reduction, 15% increased Attack Speed & all Basic Abilities deal 10% increased damage. Now while Haulster is within range of his rift all of his Basic Attacks will stem from the rift instead of him, & each Basic Attack that the rift makes for Haulster will deal Magic Damage & apply on-hit Effects from Items.
