Role: Top Lane fighter hyper-carry

Lore: Jeena is a great Ionian warchief who thrives when her life is on the line. However, after the Noxian Invasion, she was left with nothing but shame.

The Noxian Shock Troops destroyed the village near a sacred Ionian temple by the time Jeena heard of the invasion. By the time she and her troops got to the battlefield, both Noxian and Ionian bodies lay on the ground in extreme numbers. Only some time after, her entire squad was decimated by a bombardment of gas bombs. Broken with only a few lesser soldiers and an Ionian warrior known as Riven, they launched a final attack on all of the invading Noxian battalions. Jeena and Riven were the only ones to survive. Riven told that she sought "atonement" for a reason only known to her. Jeena, however, decided to wander Valoran as an assassin-for-hire, until she found the Institute of War, and joined the League of Legends.

Abilities:

Passive: Memory of Blood - Jeena gains 5% life steal for each nearby enemy champion.

Q: Ionian Rage - Jeena teleports to a target location and spins, dealing 50/85/120/155/190 (60% Attack Damage) in an area around her. If she hits a target, the cooldown is reduced by 1 second. Blink Range: 600 AoE: 200 radius Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds Mana cost: 50/55/60/65/70

W: Crest of Honor - Jeena raises a Crest out of the ground, increasing Attack Damage and Ability Power of all ally units in the area for, which lasts for 5 seconds. AD/AS increase: 10/20/25/30/35 AoE: 500 radius Cooldown: 12 seconds Mana cost: 80

E: Weak-Point Strike - Jeena dashes to an enemy, dealing 30/60/90/120/150 (50% Attack Damage) physical damage, stunning for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds, applying the stun by half the amount to enemies around her target, and bleeding them for 2/4/6/8/10% bonus True Damage over 3 seconds. This true damage can only apply to a champion every 15 seconds. Range: 750 AoE: 175 radius Cooldown: 8 seconds Mana cost: 60

R: Let No One Escape - Jeena slashes a huge area in front of her over 3 seconds (1/3 distance every second), dealing 100/250/400 (70% bonus Attack Damage) Physical damage to all enemies hit. Cone length: 3000 Cone width (at the end): 3600 (This basically means it moves 1200 units per second) Cooldown: 120/100/80 Mana cost: 125/150/175

Looks similar to her, but with Green, Red, and silver clothes.

Looks too much like Fiora with a different skin. With a little gp mixed in there. The kit is also a little over scaled imo. I like the concept but she's pretty generic overall. The ulti is interesting.

Percents are a bad idea. Flat amounts would work better on the W. Her q is just a glorified Katarina combo with Kassadin/ezreal mechanics but its cooldown is restrictive. Also its weird that her ult cant effect jungle creeps, but somehow works on epic monsters. Also she has no cc which makes her completely useless against high mobility champions. Imagine a Yi either running at you or away from you. I say change her kit to make more sense cause right now its a little weak.

Maybe change her passive to cause bleeding instead of life steal and her e to apply a slow or snare. Also change her q cause its cooldown + effectiveness is weak. I couldnt imagine jumping into a mob of enemies without any form of cc'ing them. You'd be eaten up in a instant. It would be a good chasing tool, but its cool down is so high. Maybe change this into a dash of sorts where she dashes to an target and spins. If it connects to a champion reduce cooldown of skill by X. This way you can actually stick to a target.

her overall combo would then be

W (buff) -> Q (dash in) -> E (Slow/snare/ what ever cc you might add) -> Q again cause cool down reduced -> Ult -> possible q again -> Passive bleed causes death of low enemies.

this would make the q more viable too. This way if you engage poorly you could use the q to escape.
